Custom Training & Speaking Engagements
Rooted in Lived Experience and Practice
This work is deeply personal.
My approach to neurodiversity-affirming social-emotional learning is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I am neurodivergent person, a parent of neurodivergent children and an educator who has spent years working alongside families, schools and professionals.
I understand the tension many clinicians and educators feel; wanting to support children while navigating systems that prioritize compliance, normalization or “fixing.” My work creates space to slow down, question inherited assumptions, and build practices rooted in understanding, respect, and genuine connection.
Rather than offering a rigid framework or one “right” way, I focus on helping people think differently, ask better questions, and develop tools that fit the individuals and communities they serve.
The goal isn’t perfection or expertise it’s curiosity, reflection, and more authentic practice.
Custom Training & Speaking
Neurodiversity-Affirming Social-Emotional Learning
Meaningful social-emotional support starts with understanding not compliance.
I provide custom trainings and speaking engagements for clinicians, educators, and families who want to move from traditional social skills models and to neurodiversity-affirming social-emotional learning that honors authenticity, autonomy and connection.
These sessions are designed to shift perspectives, deepen understanding, and offer practical tools that support real people in real contexts.
